May the 4th - be with us!  2026 Annual Meeting is coming up

Our 2025/2026 Annual Meeting will be held on Monday, May 4 at the Burnhamthorpe Community Centre.

The meeting begins at 7:00 p.m., and we kindly ask attendees to arrive by 6:45 p.m. for registration. Members who have already paid their dues in advance will receive a VIP pass and can skip registration.  Please note: You must be a current member to ask questions and vote.

This year, our keynote speaker will be Mayor Carolyn Parrish, and of course, Councillor Chris Fonseca will be in attendance, along with City staff, to answer your questions.

We’re keeping the agenda focused this year, with fewer speakers to allow more time for resident questions and discussion.

The agenda, along with draft minutes from the 2024/2025 Annual Meeting, will be posted on our website by April 30:  www.rockwoodvillage.ca

Time to renew your membership

As we begin a new year, the Rockwood Residents’ Association (RRA) invites you to renew your membership, or join for the first time, and help strengthen our community voice.

For just $10 a year, your membership supports a volunteer-run organization that actively advocates on your behalf. Over the past year, the RRA has taken a leadership role on key issues including proposed developments like Forest Park, rising property taxes, community safety, and neighbourhood concerns such as airport impacts and local infrastructure. We’ve represented residents at City meetings, organized community input, and worked with officials at all levels to ensure your voice is heard.

Membership not only supports this important work, it also gives you voting rights at our Annual Meeting, access to upcoming member events, and a stronger say in the future of Rockwood Village.
