Our 2025/2026 Annual Meeting will be held on Monday, May 4
at the Burnhamthorpe Community Centre.
The meeting begins at 7:00 p.m., and we kindly ask attendees to
arrive by 6:45 p.m. for registration. Members who have already paid
their dues in advance will receive a VIP pass and can skip registration. Please note: You must be a current member
to ask questions and vote.
This year, our keynote speaker will be Mayor Carolyn Parrish, and of
course, Councillor Chris Fonseca will be in attendance, along with City staff,
to answer your questions.
We’re keeping the agenda focused this year, with fewer speakers to allow
more time for resident questions and discussion.
The agenda, along with draft minutes from the 2024/2025 Annual Meeting,
