2121 Rathburn - another Condo building in Rockwood?

A new development plan for stacked townhouses is being proposed by the land owner at the intersection of Garnetwood Chase and Ratherburn Road. We will include the latest news and information on this webpage. 

Update included in Winter 2025 Newsletter:

• A site-plan approval application has been received by the planning department to construct one block of stacked, back-to-back townhouses at 2121 Rathburn Rd,

• The application is for 40 units, additional to the existing 13-storey apartment building containing 139 units which will remain. The exact location is on the north side of Rathburn Rd. at the entrance to the Etobicoke Creek.

• There is no community engagement planned at this time.
